Unwinding/winding the material in the process is an integral part of material processing during punching. The production of contact parts and other components for the electrical and automotive industries depends on high quality and process reliability. The production of hybrid parts – metal and plastic – requires ever greater productivity. We provide fully automatic equipment for winding, including welding and packaging into tape blisters. Process optimization is ensured by efficient technical solutions designed by our engineers and the use of quality components.

Servo eccentric presses

Huras servo presses are designed for punching components with a pressing force from 5 to 42 tonnes. Their stable design and four-column, backlash-free rolling guide ensure precise tool guidance. They are designed both for operations on parts that remain on the tape and insertion operations performed by robots. This also involves processing of hybrid parts, their assembly and subsequent packaging. They are usually integrated into automatic production lines.

Unwinding and winding equipment

Our technology provides various solutions for punching and winding machines. A number of pallet unwinders allow unwinding of spools and coils in the horizontal position. We can deliver vertical unwinders of various load capacities and designs for thick unwinding material. The winders are designed as single and multiple ones up to 12 spools; naturally, with a paper interlayer and a tape inspection sample.
